LISN 15A 5uH CISPR25

Lisn Cispr25 5uh

Compact high current 5 µH // 50 Ω Artificial Network for testing Automotive DC systems up to 100 V 15 A . With modern laboratory setups, fitting the required number of LISNs on the test bench can be a challenge. With it’s really small form factor, the LISN has been developed specifically to overcome this challenge.

ESD Brush

Esd Brush

Static Dissipation Brush is designed to meet section 7.2.4.1 of EN 61000-4-2: 2009. It is used to dissipate charge on ungrounded equipment being tested. The brush is applied to the equipment under test between successive discharges and prevents charge build up and the potential for over testing. The carbon brush is supplied with a 2m silicone cable that incorporates the required discharge resistors.

The brush uses pure carbon fibre filament construction. This provides a much better dissipation profile than coated nylon brushes, ensuring that even if just a few elements touch an area of EUT that full discharge will occur.

LISN 32A 5uH CISPR25

Cispr25 32a Lisn

32A LISN/AN has been designed as a cost effective high current 5 µH // 50 Ω LISN / Artificial Network for testing of Automotive equipment. The LISNs are extremely robust and have been tested to thermal stability running at 35A continuous current. One of the unique features of the LISN design is that it needs no coil tuning components. This in turn means there is much less to go wrong in the LISN which ensures a long service life and repeatability of it’s annual calibration.

Inrush Compensator

Inrush Compensator

Inrush Compensator enables users to meet the 500A inrush requirement of EN 61000-4-11, irrespective of supply impedance. This is achieved by switching in Live-Neutral capacitance up to 80 µF in 10 µF steps. The capacitance is switched in using a unique staggered and soft switch in. This ensures that any down-line protection devices do not trip due to inrush. Control is by a very simple and easy to use touch screen interface. The CAB1001 contains a dual disconnect that safely removes any stored capacitance from the input and output within 50 ms of supply disconnection.

LISN 80/100A 5uH CISPR25

Cispr25 80 100a 5uh Lisn

100A LISN/AN has been designed as a cost effective high current 5 µH // 50 Ω LISN / Artificial Network for testing of Automotive equipment. The LISNs are extremely robust and have been tested to thermal stability running at 100A continuous current. The LISN is supplied as either an 80 A version using multi-contact connectors, this allows the use of a 4mm Banana for lower current use or a 100A version using 6mm banana connectors. In both cases the LISN coil is rated to 100 A.
